Indeed, I do know about Pharyngula.

I get much of my skeptic news from two podcasts: The Skeptic's Guide to the Universe by the New England Skeptic Society, and Science Talk from Scientific American magazine.

The list wouldn't be complete without the JREF.

I am going to TAM London this October (if they ever open up registration). TAM 7 in Las Vegas in July would be sure worth a trip as close to it as you are.

For a great laugh, don't leave out Fundies Say the Darnedest Things for harvested quotes from fundies around the world but mainly from Rapture Ready. You can imagine the stupid. I post there as "Metatron". I like the irony of the name when ridiculing fundamentalist religion.

I'm sure you are well aware of the following blogs, but I shall reveal them otherwise.

Great reads I tend to follow everyday.
Pharyngula

He's an biology professor at UMM. He has the most popular science/atheist blog on the net as of now. I'd even say he's on of the top bloggers in general.

Atheism Subbreddit

Reddit.com is just a link dump site, and the above is a subreddit under the category Atheism. Generally, it's a lot of BS and double posting, but it's a neat source to read up on the crazies. Rarely, there are some worthwhile discussions.

A 5 Gal bucket of soy "Laura" beans from Iowa is in the kitchen cabinet, A "Soypower Plus" soy milk maker and a cedar tofu box are included in our kitchen just this month; quite fun to make the stuff at home, and way better tasting. Hot homemade tofu is delicious!

No, I'll still take milk in my cereal in the morning. K uses soy, though. And, that's all we used for quite some time until we found out that T. Colin Campbell probably didn't have all the facts about calcium uptake in his book The China Study.

Since we went away from the strict vegan diet though, my cholesterol numbers have increased as dramatically as they decreased when we went on the vegan diet.

Likely, the optimum diet is somewhere in between obligatory carnivore and strict vegan.
